convert/metric - convert to metric units

	Calling Sequence
	convert( expr, metric, imp/US );

Parameters

expr	-	any expression (dependent on ``form'')
metric	-	an unevaluated name
imp/US	-	unevaluated names

Description

•	Important: The convert/metric conversion routine has been deprecated. Use the superseding Units package instead.

•	convert( expr, metric ); will convert imperial measurements to metric measurements.

•	If a third parameter, imp or US, appears the measures specified will be taken to be imperial or U.S., respectively.

•	The following units are known to the convert function when it is called to convert from a non-metric expression to a metric one.
