Torque Step

遅延トルクのステップ

tau = -tau[offset]-piecewise(t < T[0], 0, tau[step])

phi = phi[flange]-piecewise(useSupport, phi[support], 0)

piecewise(useSupport, tau[support] = tau, phi[support] = 0)
