To enable automatic expansion of worksheet sections:

On the ribbon, from the View tab, click the Sections dialog box launcher, and then, in the Sections group, toggle Autoexpanding Sections.

Automatic expansion of sections is now turned on for your worksheet.

To disable automatic expansion of worksheet sections:

On the ribbon, from the View tab, click the Sections dialog box launcher, and then, in the Sections group, toggle Autoexpanding Sections.

Automatic expansion of sections is now turned off for your worksheet.

Note: By default, automatic expansion of sections is turned on.
