Linear voltage-controlled voltage source

	Description
	The E_VCV component models a linear voltage-controlled voltage source as a two-port. The right port voltage is controlled by the left port voltage.

	Equations
	$i1 = i_{p1} = - i_{n1} = 0$ $i2 = i_{p2} = - i_{n2}$ $v1 = v_{p1} - v_{n1}$ $v2 = v_{p2} - v_{n2} = v1 gain$
