Modelica Standard Library
The Eddy Current component models an eddy current in an electrically conductive magnetic tube. The changing magnetic flux induces eddy currents in the material, which generate a magnetic voltage across the component. The magnetic voltage depends on the geometry and the electrical resistivity. The default resistivity is that of iron at 20C.
