Ideal linear electrical capacitor

	Description
	The C_Capacitor component models a linear capacitor. The Capacitance C is allowed to be positive, zero, or negative.

	Equations
	$i = i_{p} = - i_{n} = C \frac{dv}{dt}$ $v = v_{p} - v_{n}$
