Description

•

Important: The stats package has been deprecated. Use the superseding package Statistics instead.

•

The function xscale of the subpackage stats[statplots] changes the scale of the x coordinate of a 2-D or 3-D plot structure by multiplying every x coordinate element by the value in amount. Similarly, yscale and zscale change the scale of the y and z coordinates respectively.

•

This function can be used with other plots in order to modify the display output.  It can also be used in conjunction with plots[display] to show various plots on the same axes.

•

The command with(stats[statplots]) allows the use of the abbreviated form of this command.
