Insert an Image
You can insert images into Maple worksheets and documents. Supported formats:
Graphics Interchange Format - gif
Joint Photographic Experts Group - jpe, jpeg, jpg
Portable Network Graphics - png
Bitmap Graphics - bmp
Tagged Image File Format - tif, tiff, jfx
Portable aNyMap - pnm
Kodak FlashPix - fpx

At the cursor, insert an image into the worksheet or document.
On the ribbon interface, from the Insert tab, in the Illustration group, click the Image dialog box launcher.
Click From File.
Select a file from the Select Image browser window.
Click Open. The image is displayed.
If the original object is altered, embedded objects do not change because the original object is pasted into the worksheet or document.
You can insert an attached image into a workbook document or worksheet. Use multiple instances of the same image in a workbook document or in multiple workbook documents.
On the ribbon interface, from the Insert tab, click the Image dialog box launcher. The Selection Dialog opens.
Click From Attachment
Browse to the image file you want to include.
Click Open.
If you click Choose a Different File in the Selection Dialog and select a file, the image file is attached to your workbook and the image is inserted in the document.
You can resize inserted images.
Click the image. Resizing anchors appear at the sides and corners of the image.
Move the mouse over the resize anchor. Resizing arrows appear.
Click and drag the image to the desired size.
You can maintain the aspect ratio of the image by holding down the Shift key as you drag the resize anchors.
You can replace an inserted image using Image Properties found in the Illustration group, from the Insert tab.
