	Description
	The Transfer Function component defines the transfer function between the input signal $u$ and the output signal $y$ as $\frac{y (s)}{u (s)} = \frac{b_{1} s^{n_{b} - 1} + b_{2} s^{n_{b} - 2} + \dots + b_{n_{b}}}{a_{1} s^{n_{a} - 1} + a_{2} s^{n_{a} - 2} + \dots + a_{n_{a}}}$ where $n_{b}$ is the dimension of $b$ , and $n_{a}$ is the dimension of $a$ .
