Measure the torque between two flanges

	Description
	The Torque Sensor component generates an output signal proportional to the torque between two rotational flanges.

	Equations
	$y = K_{toUnit} τ_{a} τ_{a} = - τ_{b}$ $φ_{a} = φ_{b}$
